"The area is nice for a calm vacation. Different pool options, food options, and activities. Although some staff members were a little rude. The hotel room was clean tightly and spacious. I do wish there was a tour given before because it’s is a big place and feel like we found things out last minute and couldn’t utilize it."

"Fantastic service in the altitude section. I had breakfast lunch and supper at the grill and all of the servers were amazing. The best part of the trip was the concierge service. I had mistakenly left a big pile of clothes in one of the drawers in my room and between them and a shuttle service I was able to get all of my items at my next stop. "We booked an all-inclusive through expedia. Flight was cancelled the morning we were to leave. We’re left hanging with no room and neither expedia or the hotel offered us a room. Had to pay out of pocket. We spent over & above with spa packages & meals throughout the week. Hotel couldnt even give any discount & soaked us to stay one more night for next flight out. Very disappointed. Food was mediocre at best as well. Would never stay again. "
