Plaza Fontabella Shopping Center

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Casa Ki’iil. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was about a 7 minute walk to La Calle de las Sombrillas and a short tuk tuk ride to anything else in San Juan or San Pedro. I got the lake view room, had a beautiful view of the garden and the lake. The staff were so so sweet and very helpful. They helped me order a public/private lancha to the hotel’s dock, gave me directions and recommendations, and even helped me get into the lake with the kayak. Breakfast was included as well, it was very simple but filling. I would definitely stay here again if I ever went back to Lake Atitlan! 100% recommend this place.

A hotel that somehow manages to offer top most quality of hospitality, service, food, ambiance, and affluence all at the same time. We spent three nights and four days and absolute loved our stay. Highly recommended!!
