Very clean, beachfront, great little swim up bar! Staff was friendly and hard-working. Be aware that this condo has no oven and there are no grills on site, so if you cook your options are limited to the stove top and microwave. We were there in January so the beach was pristine! The size was perfect for our family. Xaman Ha is located right on the ocean and is within walking distance of fifth Avenue. Just plan to spend lots of money on Fifth Avenue and it is now a very commercialized area. The condo complex doesn’t accept any guests at the pool area however so if you want to meet any friends or family it has to be in your room or on the beach. Also book private transportation to and from the airport before you get to Cancun because the airport taxi people basically steal your money. The condo itself is great, has everything you need for a great stay and is ground level too! I would definitely stay here again. ##### Cory S. You couldn't ask for a better location. It's close to shops & restaurants, and yet quiet at night. The condo was just the right size for our family, and we loved being on the ground floor close to the pool & ocean. Very friendly staff, too! We'll definitely visit again!! ##### Lisa M. Condo included a washer/dryer and jugs of drinking water. Easy walking distance to Playa del Carmen eateries, but there's also a few options at the pool snack bar.
