This AWARD-WINNING vacation rental is the located in the only complex with its own beach club restaurant on site in downtown Playa del Carmen. This complex offers the best amenities that Playa has to offer. Please note that the unit sleeps 4 adults with the exception of 2 additional children...One in current bed set up and one in a rollaway bed or crib (additional cost).

Enjoy modern appliances of the gourmet kitchen with a center island that separates the living room from the dining area. The bedrooms have a super-sized terrace - 80 sq. feet (with ocean views) and a thatched palapa awning that connects to both bedrooms.
