About this property

Cosy apartement near the seaside, La Casa de los pájaros, the House of Birds

  • We have all the amenities just 800 meters from the beautiful public beach of Xcalacoco, with beach clubs and restaurants that you can reach on foot or by bicycle. We are in a safe and very quiet neighborhood where you can rest wonderfully. We have many trees that visit beautiful birds of the region. The city center is 10 minutes away by car. Walking we have convenience stores, pharmacy, some restaurants, a golf course and two supermarkets 5 minutes away. We have lived in Playa del Carmen for 19 years. We will give you recommendations, you will surely enjoy your stay. We have a roof top from where you can see palm trees and trees from the region, with a table and chairs for sunbathing and a small pool that can be used even at night because it has lighting.
