As a Mara Playacar resident, you also have access to the 25m saltwater rooftop infinity pool, the fully equipped gym, and shared garden areas. Mara Playacar sits inside Playacar's gated community, with 24/7 security at the entrance. One underground parking spot included. Self check-in via smart keypad - code sent before arrival.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Playacar quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Mara is a family-friendly residential building - quiet, respectful gatherings welcome, no large parties or events.
- The 25m rooftop pool (open until 11 PM) and gym are shared with other Mara Playacar residents. Full house rules are posted inside the condo.
- Sargassum season: seaweed can wash ashore on Caribbean beaches between April and August. Local beach clubs regularly clear their areas, but conditions can vary day to day.
- Hurricane season: June - November. Brief power or water interruptions are rare but possible during storms.
- Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM.
