Near a lot of restaurants bars, and most importantly the beach our host Deborah was very attentive. She met up with us a day after we arrived made sure we were settled in and answered any questions we had. It looked like the beach was right out front. The closest beach to walk to was pretty gross so you had walk around to the other side of property about three blocks. The garage was sometimes not open causing us one night to park on the road which was paid parking which I didn’t see and we got a boot on the van. My fault for not seeing the sign I guess but the garage to property should have been open. Another complaint is that check in time was 4:00, we arrived at 6 and the cleaning people were in there looked like they were kinda hanging out. So they hurried up and “finished” but was not super clean. That all being said the condo was spacious for nine people and a block from fifth avenue if you like the shopping and restaurants and clubs. ##### michelle c.
