Everybody makes a mistake or everything can go wrong at any time. Here when something is not right or not supposed to be that way they are willing to fix it to the best of their ability. The first night when my son took a shower the water didn't drain or drained very slow then it overflowed. Then there was water all over the bathroom and a little bit in the bedroom. It was nighttime. No big deal. The following morning i saw cleaning staff and mentioned that to one of them. Right away she called a maintenance guy. He came. And problem solved. One more when we checked in, she gave me the room with just one bed. Then i went back to her telling her i reserved a room with two beds. She looked at the screen and gladly switched. I love this place.

Nice budget option
Nice inexpensive no frills hotel. Staff was super nice and most understand English. Otherwise just download a translator app and you will be fine. Rooms were clean and WiFi worked well. If I am not mistaken, breakfast was 85 pesos. Not much to do in the area and about 15 to 20 mins walk to the beach or the tourist area. Probably due to Covid, no ice or plastic cups in the room.

Great Hotel!
I have stayed at the hotel once before and was very happy with the overall experience. It was the same great service and met my expectations. Great place to stay if you want to be in a central location. You have easy access to where you want to go.

My first time and I LOVED IT!!!!!!!! Very clean, free breakfast was great restaurant food excellent and very reasonable in price. All staff members so friendly and helpful. My next visit I will definitely stay there.

A great hotel for those on a budget. A few things to know: WiFi is practically non-existant in the rooms. You really only get a good signal in the common areas. The staff doesn’t really speak much English. This isn’t a bad thing but something to know for those who don’t speak Spanish. It’s about a 20-25 min walk to the beach. We loved this because we got to see parts of the town many tourists staying at the beach probably don’t get to see. The food is better away from the beach and much cheaper.

Very clean hotel in very friendly stuff.
We came to early so they kept our bags in the front desk so we could go to the beach and come back and get a room later on that night very friendly staff! Close enough to the beach and far away to make it half the price. Wonderful experience except for my hard bed.

This was my second stay here in 8 years & it continues to satisfy. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Check in/out a breeze. Prices outstanding, especially if you think what the beach folks are paying! :-) Hotel & rooms are well maintained, clean, good beds, & decent continental breakfast. With a car it's 5-10 minutes to the beach area & pedestrian zone. It seems to cater mainly to Latin-Americans but that may be a plus! Similar to a Holiday Inn Express.

Good hotel good location
Very good hotel to stop for a few days close to the main highway and not in a busy area. Very good parking, friendly staff, rooms are clean and the beds are bit firm but good.

Best possible choice for Mexico culture.
I loved this hotel. The location was the only weakness. The staff was great, the facilities were amazing and there were little extras that made it all the better. It just takes a few minutes to get a cab out there. If you rent a car, it's perfect. If you want a beach side tourista experience, this isn't the place for you.

I wanted to change from a room with 2 beds to 2 room with a single bed and the hotel would not allow the change. I did pay for a second room so the hotel made out with an extra $25.00 of my money. What they did not realize is that they lost a future customer by not allowing me to cancel the first room with 2 beds to a room with 1 bed

Budget hotel not too far from the beach
Water Pressure in the shower was as weak as a dying man's pulse. Also the water stinks - but that's generally true of all hotels in Playa Del Carmen or Cancun. There was no hair dryer but when asked they did provide one. The beach is a little too far for a walk but you can take a cab for 700 pesos ($5). The complimentary breakfast includes only cereals, bread, milk and orange juice. There is no safe in the room. Hotel staff don't speak English but the receptionists do, so not a big deal.

worst service
i had the worst service here in this hotel. first of all they ask for a deposit for everything when the hotel price includes it. whatever they prompted for food they didn't have it. toaster was broken. when arriving to hotel everyday they didn't greet you instead they gave a horrible look. i had never experienced a service like this in all the hotel i have stayed especially when traveling to Cancun. the rooms were supposedly cleaned but they just did the beds and exchanged the towels so i think they did, garbage was still there. i just don't recommend this place you can find a better hotel and a better price. also if you are doing packages for parks make sure you find a hotel that provides you with the bus to their location or near it. i had to pay an additional fee for a taxi to get me to my bus everyday. for some reason they didn't deliver or pick you up from this hotel.

Dont go there
I bought the hotel online and the manager was very rude, he wanted me to pay more than the online price. Then he made me go print the confirmation, I had to drive to town and come back an hour later. Then they gave me a room without blankets, cold ac on max and the shower didnt work properly, only little water came out, I had to shower half an hour to get water all over me.

The location is pretty good for people have car. Close to shopping mall, 5th avenue, beach and highway 307. Hotel is new and in good shape. We didn't have enough towel at the beginning and the staff was able to give us more.

The hotel at a glance is quite simple and although it seems some new items from the room were half broken: When it rained water came in through the window, the flush of the toilet have a problem and the ceiling of the bathroom was dark. The central air conditioning bothered me in the sense that when a guest was smoking in the room (although proiibido) my room was smelling of cigarette. The morning coffee was pretty bad.

Great for the price
This was a great hotel to stay at for the price. We had a car which made it better with the parking, but clean rooms, decent beds and great water pressure. Had some notable problems with the front desk not taking the online reservation we had to push through which took an hour, but once we were in it was great.

This hotel is very far from the beach. If you are on vacation and would like to enjoy the ocean shore than pick a different hotel. This is really a hotel for visitors who are just passing through and need a nice place to lay your head down.

Nice place, nice people. Toilet worked variably, depending on water pressure. Staff very helpful and prompt, including the repairman. 5 blocks from the beach. No local restaurants in walking distance, but there are two that deliver. It's about 45 minutes from the airport.
