    This three-story bungalow offers an array of amenities. The ground floor boasts a spacious living room, dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. It opens up to a private garden area complete with a small pool and a charming waterfall. The middle floor features a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to a wrap-around terrace with a hammock and comfortable lounge chairs overlooking the pool and lush gardens. Beautiful home, perfect location, serene, in the jungle, walking distance to the beach.

Best of both worlds, beautiful serene jungle setting, and the beach only minutes away. The neighborhood the homes located in is private, quiet, and perfect.
