This condo has 2 lock-off bedrooms and, 2 baths; which give you the possibility to have independent accesses to each room . The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need to cook and, a private terrace to enjoy with a delicious drink after a day exploring the Riviera Maya.
This building has several sections, gardens, reception and many amenities such as a game room, children`s room, spa, gym and beautiful pools on the rooftop with ocean views, as well as a bar. But the most important is the location, you will be to a walking distant to the most iconic places to enjoy Playa del Carmen.

The building has an underground parking space for each apartment. However, you can explore Playa del Carmen on foot from the condo`s unbeatable location. If you want to go out by car, do not forget to put coins in the parking metre so you do not have a ticket and an immobilized car.

Zona Dorada it is the hidden gem of Playa del Carmen, this zone it is in an exceptional luxurious location with little vehicle traffic, close to the beach and away from noisy places. At the same time, there are a variety of restaurants and a lively nightlife within walking distance.

Check-In & Check-Out:
-Check-In Time: Starts at 3:00 pm
-Self Check-In: The key is in a lockbox located by the main door.
-Important: Please return the key to the lockbox after use to avoid loss or accidental locking.
-Check-Out Time: By 11:00 am
-Check-Out Instructions: Kindly leave trash in the rubbish bins outside the condo.

Electricity Usage:
Included: 20 kW per day
Excess Usage: 1 USD per additional 5 kW
Important: Please turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo to avoid extra charges and help us save energy.

Rubbish Disposal:
Waste disposal containers are conveniently located outside or in the car park. If you need any assistance, please just ask us or the local concierge where it is.

Kitchen & Laundry:
Kitchen: Basic utensils and equipment are provided. Please make sure to clean all used items before check-out.
Laundry: Washing machine and dryer are available. If you have a laundry room inside your building, please contact the concierge to book your time slot.

-Dishes: Please wash any used dishes.
-Lights & AC: Turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo or at check-out.

-Bedding & Towels: Treat linens and towels with care. Extra charges may apply for stains or damage.
-Safety: Your safety is our priority. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the condo. Please ensure all lights and AC are turned off when not in use.
