Other Things to Note:

- The private balcony features a refreshing plunge mini-pool. Please note it is not a jacuzzi - there is no heating and no pressure jets.

- Before arrival, we request an official photo ID (a photo of a valid government ID) from each guest who will be staying, along with a signed copy of the condominium rules. This is required to authorize access and to comply with building regulations.

- Please follow the good-neighbor policy. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

- You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, neighborhood dogs, geckos, spiders). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out; we care for the local environment.

- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee.

- For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is running and do not set the temperature below 21 C.
