About this property

Central Amazing PH with Private Rooftop and Jacuzzi

Enjoy over 2,400 square feet of living space with a large balcony. This apartment is perfect for a family or group of friends. 2 blocks from world famous 5th ave, and 5 min walking distance to the beach. It's the perfect location since the walking distance you have all the amazing spots that Playa del Carmen has to offer.

One of the greatest parts of Playa del Carmen is the wonderful weather - typically in the 70s and 80s year round - so why not enjoy it outside! Enjoy outdoor jacuzzi. Grill fresh food on our Weber charcoal grill. Star gaze on our expansive roof top terrace with several chairs and large dining tables.

The apartment is very well decorated and appointed. You will find nice artwork on the walls. Adorning the counters there is nice, quality touches like glass vases and figurines. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality appliances.

Our penthouse is divided into 2 floors. Sun terrace with private jacuzzi, set for dining, sun umbrellas and lounge chairs.

The first floor hosts the internal apartment. The main bedroom has 1 king size bed, a private bathroom, a large wardrobe and access to the private balcony. The second bedroom has 2 new individual beds, a chair and a large wardrobe.

The first floor of our penthouse hosts is a modern marble kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hot and cold water. Seating area with seating for 6. Our living room is comfortable and ample seating and a Led HDTV. Off the living room is another private balcony

My penthouse in the Paraiso Magico Condo only 2 blocks away from the pedestrian shopping and dining boulevard of 5th Avenue. DAC, a fresh fruit and veggie market is 2 blocks away while the Mega, a large supermarket is right behind the building. The condo has a cleaning service.

The management team at the codo: Wendy, Co-co, Alex, and Salvador were amazing! The best part of our stay. The listing is a bit misleading as there is a small outdoor pool area with a small above ground pool. All the gym equipment was broken as well as the pool loungers. The listing also states breakfast included, which is not true. They will bring you breakfast groceries like milk, fruit and eggs, which is still very kind, just not what I consider breakfast. Also be advised there is not an oven. All and all a good experience.

Loved our stay

We’ve been to PDC several times but this is our first time staying in a condo here. It was excellent! The condo is well laid out. Each bedroom has direct access to a bathroom. Big showers in both baths and a big balcony off the bedrooms. Roof top terrace is huge. Has a shaded 6 person dining set, loungers jacuzzi and umbrella. But the staff really made our stay. Always so helpful and friendly. I was worried about check in as we only had an address but the staff were expecting us and check in was a breeze. The location is a 5 minute walk to 5th Ave and just across the street is the mega Soriano which has everything. We didn’t cook—too much good food nearby. The only negative is the street music that goes on all night but the hosts can’t do anything about that. I would still come back again.

Amazing Location

This was an amazing location for us, we had planned a golf vacation and couldn't be happier with this choice. It was close to all but one of the courses and within walking distance to 5th Ave. for shopping and dinning nightly

Loved our stay

We have been to PDC many times. We absolutely loved everything about this vacation and the condo had a lot to do with that. Perfectly clean and spacious. Fantastic location. Close to everything you'd want to experience in town. The rooftop terrace is private and quiet. We spent most days just laying around relaxing. Love, love ,love the private jacuzzi. Felt very safe here as 24/7 security is on duty and definitely very present at all times. Check in and check-out easy and quick. The owner was easily available for any questions we had. Again, overall we loved everything about this condo and will stay here again in a heartbeat.
