Electricity is not included for long-term rentals (28 nights or more), instead, you'll be charged based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out. The rate is proportionate to the number of days stayed. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed. \- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival. Interaction with Guests: This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
