All Countries next to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico are experiencing a wave of seaweed. The conditions are dependent on the currents and weather and can determine the usability of the beach club. We can not control beach conditions. You can monitor the beach conditions in front of the complex through the WEBCAM on LetsGoPDC.

This is the ONLY CONDO WITH IT'S OWN BEACH CLUB WITH FOOD AND BEVERAGE/RESTAURANT on site. This complex offers the best amenities that Playa has to offer. This complex includes heated pools. You are allowed the use of both facilities in the Beachside & Oceanfront buildings. The Beachfront (located in the back of the Oceanfront building) AND WHERE THIS UNIT IS LOCATED..is a smaller, more private property, while the Oceanside (located on the sand), is larger and will have more activity - as well as the on-site restaurant & beach club. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT ON THE BEACH BUT THE BEACHCLUB IS.

Enjoy a holiday full of elegance and comfort in this spacious multi floor condo. It is one of the largest of all the properties in Playa del Carmen.

From the entrance, the tropical vegetation frames and combines perfectly with the imposing South Asian inspiration door. It will make you feel welcome to your long-awaited, tropical getaway.

Enter to a great open room which consists of a large living room that incorporates a gourmet kitchen and impressive floor to ceiling retractable glass doors that open to a large terrace with BBQ grill that overlooks the sanctuary.

Each of the rooms and spaces of this unit is decorated with marble floors and modern furniture, giving it a chic and cozy touch.

On the first floor there is a large private bedroom with full bathroom and Queen size bed.

On the second floor, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Sanctuary and the blue iridescent mosaic pool, is the master bedroom with a king size bed. The master bedroom also features an indoor Jacuzzi that allows you to have moments of relaxation in an intimate space along with private master bath and dressing room.

The second floor also features a large bedroom with a Queen size bed and a complete private bathroom. As well as a washing center to use freely if necessary.

On the third floor you will find a Game room with a magnificent pool table, large living room, flat screen television, sound system and a small balcony. The perfect space to have a fun and entertaining time. A fourth bedroom is also available on this floor that features a Queen Size bed and full bathroom.

On the rooftop of this fascinating condo you can find a private outdoor terrace with one of the most incredible views of the Caribbean Sea and all of Playa del Carmen along with an outdoor shower.

Family & Friends Trip

Had a great vacation! The condo was big, clean and family friendly. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed easy access to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Awesome place!
