Ideal to rest after touring the attractions of the Riviera Maya or enjoying its common areas with your family or friends. So comfortable, you'll want to stay longer. Located a few steps from the pool, the house can accommodate families or groups of up to 10 members. Punta Esmeralda beach 3 min. 5th Avenue at 10 min. Mamitas Beach 15 min. Xcaret at 15 min. We are doing everything possible to offer a safe space to our guests, that is why we leave a day between each reservation and we try to have less contact with the guests by self-check-in and check-out, in addition to cleaning and disinfecting the larger surfaces contact, such as switches, doorknobs and cupboards, remote controls, etc., following the cleaning protocol of the platforms on which we advertise. "Lunamar 30" is in the Lunamar subdivision which has 24 hour security, a pool, wading pool, barbecue, palapa, children's games, TV and internet in the palapa area. The house is located in front of the pool and is ideal for families or groups of up to 11 members, it has 1 king size bed, 2 singles in each bedroom and 2 double sofa beds; all bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. It has Wi-Fi internet of up to 150 Mbps, equipped kitchen, 2 TV's, one with NETFLIX. Cooler and towels are provided for the beach. On the ground floor you have an integral kitchen ref rigerator, blender, microwave, toaster, Nespresso, kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. Dining room for 6 people with fan and air conditioning (a / c). Breakfast bar for 3 people Room with 2 sofa beds, TV with NETFLIX and board games. 1/2 bath Upstairs: Master bedroom with TV with NETFLIX, fan and a / c, a king size bed, dressing room and private bathroom. 2 Secondary bedrooms with 2 single beds, fan and a / c. Full bathroom for two secondary bedrooms. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. On the rooftop there is a covered laundry area, washing machine and clothes dryer. Full access to the house and common areas, swimming pools and wading pool with lounge chairs, palapa, barbecue and children's play area. Refrigerator, blender, microwave, toaster, kitchenware, dishes, clothes washer and dryer, hair dryer, wifi, TV, Netflix and board games. They also have hot water, towels and bath supplies, beach towels and cooler. It is a subdivision attached to the federal highway Cancun - Tulum on the beach side. A few streets are shops to buy your experiences of your stay, but you will find more assortment in supermarkets. Punta Esmeralda beach is 3 minutes away by car, in it there is a small cenote that pours its waters into the sea, which causes a palette of blue tones due to the combination of fresh and salt water. Public transport passes to 2 streets of the subdivision. You can also order a taxi. The bike path is 2 blocks away, in the center of Playa del Carmen you can rent bicycles. To explore the different attractions of the Riviera Maya, it is advisable to rent a car at the Cancun airport. In addition to the beach near Playa del Carmen there are many other outdoor activities such as jungle tours, Mayan ruins, cenotes and many water or adventure parks. I booked for a 5 week stay. initially, the first two weeks I was alone, so the house was amply comfortable, with 3 bed & bathrooms, kitchen/living/dining room a very small outdoor patio off the kitchen that is presently unfinished with gravel flooring and a wonderful 3rd floor patio with a covered tarp and solar lighting at night. That was a great place to escape at the end of the day, warm to cool breezes. Also a washer & dryer on the third floor that I had access to. The twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are small in size, a bit snug, but really not a huge issue as limited time is really spent in them. The Master bedroom had a king size bed and all beds were comfortable. The kitchen, adequately equipped with dishes both plastic and some clear glass, glasses, coffee cups, cutlery, kitchen tools, pots and pans. There is a drip coffee and a Nespresso coffee makers. I hired Paulina, the caretaker to clean once a week she was fabulous. I cooked meals a fair amount and found the fridge a bit small when my family arrived, filling the fridge with beer and fresh fruits and perishable, but we managed! (Otherwise, it is ample) The pools were awesome both for my grandsons, also for swimming laps or just wading. There were n loungers around the pool or BBQ area. The owner provided 2 chairs.
