"Great swimming pools and splash park. Food plentiful and varied although did become a little ‘samey’after a few days.
Good entertainment for all the family - by far the best member of the team was Goofy. His excitement and enthusiasm was infectious and he is a definite asset to this property! "
"Nice and quiet location, not too far away from the beach and beautiful views of the bay, shops, and restaurants.
Friendly and helpful staff
The Resort would benefit from some freshening up ."
"Amazing stay and would definitely be back. We would have appreciated a bit more clarity in terms of knowing what was included with the My Favourite Club option but we had a wonderful time and loved every detail. "
"an average property, nice clean rooms, stove top and sink were satisfactory. Kids loved the pool. Walkable to town and Son Bou beach. (and provides a shuttle)"
"Avoid it. We notified the reception saying we would arrive at 11pm. They said fine door will be open and key inside. When we arrived the door was locked, no key available and no one was answering the phone. Nice to have to find a hotel at midnight with wife and two kids. Avoid it at every cost. "
"Had a great break here, very relaxing, staff all very friendly and helpful, hotel was extremely clean throughout with staff constantly tidying up, drinks were of a high standard (even the Sangria on tap) and the food whilst not loads of choice was all tasty and well cooked, would definitely return."
"Very nice staff (especially in reception)! Tasty breakfast! Very nice pool. I just think the rooms need to be renovated because floors and walls are not in very good conditions and the forniture are very old"

Top Platges de Fornells Hotel Reviews
Grupotel Mar de Menorca
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was beautiful. Very good sound proofing between rooms. The pools appeared clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We chose the all-inclusive option, which was a good value, but the food was marginal. There were several options at each meal which was nice, but there wasn't anything at all that I would describe as "delicious." Many items seemed "cheap." For example, the orange juice didn't taste like orange juice, it tasted like orange drink. It seemed like it was just orange flavored. Some of the ice cream flavors, tasted like the "store brands" or "no-name brands," so they were okay but I wouldn't describe them as good. Several of the deserts seemed like they came out of a plastic wrapper like the type that have a 5-year shelf life. Most of the food was good enough, just not great. The only other downside for me was that the cafeteria was almost entirely self-serve, and I didn't see a single hand sanitizer stand/station anywhere. It freaked me out a bit since hundreds of people were touching the serving utensils and there was nowhere to sanitize my hands after also touching them. Also, there were loaves of French bread and baguettes offered, and I saw one woman just grab the loaf with her bare hand, cut off a chunk and leave the rest."
" Wonderful Stay at Palladium Hotel Menorca
We had a great experience at Palladium Hotel Menorca, big thanks to Gonzalo Romero. He went above and beyond from check-in through our stay, especially when we faced an issue with our reservation . Gonzalo handled everything with professionalism and warmth, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly outstanding service!"
"A great 4 days for a family with children aged 4, 7, 9. We loved the food (great range) activities (tennis, bicycling, pool, beach, kids clubs etc…) and will be back. Thank you to the young woman who lead the kids clubs and kids disco as well as Amor on the reception desk; she was a great help. "
"We had a great week here at AluaSoul, I don’t know what the poor reviews are about but the all inclusive option had as much food and drink to satisfy an army. The adults-only pool is lovely with lots of loungers with own fully stocked bar with snacks. Great staff. Really quiet and friendly place. Will be back. "
"We usually stay in an another hotel in the area and pay for a premium service “The Level” after staying here at the Artiem we won’t go back to the other hotel now. The Artiem is exceptional and better value for
Money. "
"The location is fantastic overlooking the sea with ships and boats of all sizes heading into the harbour. The short journey to and from Mahon is easy and inexpensive. The Staff are all very welcoming, friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The food is excellent with a variety of choices everyday cooked fresh with something for everyone. We’ve been several times before and certainly will be back, thank you."
