Perfectly apportioned and comfortable this location is located within walking distance to the East Side's best restaurants, bars, groceries and beautiful green spaces. There were a couple issues, but not any that warranted them losing a star. Pros: Great space. Excellent location for walking. The beds were comfortable. The place was cleaned well. Private parking. Cons: The couches aren’t the most comfortable. You will hear the upstairs neighbors walking and talking. The biggest concern is that the front door is unable to be opened. You access the space through the back where there is private parking, which is fine. However, the front door needs to be able to be opened in case of an emergency. It is a major fire safety concern to only have one way in/out of the space and something I hope the host can take care of. I would stay here again.
