The area on the property was great pre-clean outside and close to a lot of quick bite to eat as well as gas station! Unfortunately, the inside wasn’t very clean. The smoke detector was hanging off of wires. The AC didn’t work very much and it was extremely hot in the middle of the night, our mini fridge did not work whatsoever. It was very warm and the button knob was completely torn off. We couldn’t use the TV either because the remote had batteries in it that seem to exploded on the inside and the fan in the bathroom was completely covered in dust. The bed was fine, but Under the sheets were they were stained with blood or pee I couldn’t tell. We were only in Pittsburgh for three days two nights and honestly, it was just a quick place to stay at for sleep. We didn’t really stay in the hotel whatsoever or motel or whatever you wanna call it but definitely wouldn’t go back. It was cheap for what it needed to be, but it definitely needs to be updated and a better cleaning crew and they should definitely inspect each room to figure out what needs to be replaced because it was a very inconvenient for us that we couldn’t use our fridge. We had to keep refilling our little cooler we had with ice And we shouldn’t have to sleep with our patio door open even before you are on the second floor it doesn’t make us feel safe so she being in an area we’re not familiar with just to have a good nights sleep. We had to watch TV on our phones, And to top it off, the phone didn’t even work.

This place was not a nice looking place. There were huge cracks in the cement above the room we were suppose to stay in. The hallwsys were dirty and unpainted. We didnt stay i gave the key back and we left. The pictures of this hotel need to be updated cause it doesn't look anything like the ones on file. Do NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!

Old and dated. Sliding door would not lock. Drawers in dresser would not stay closed. Closet was a wreck. Pool looked awful-although not pool season yet. Would not stay here again.

Exposed electrical outlets, birds in rafters, location is not suitable for habitation due to exterior instability per my opinion. The staff did as I asked and I requested early cancellation. Dale at front desk said I would be refunded from 4/2-4/5

This property is extremely outdated. The rooms only had half the lights that worked. The comforters had cigarette burns in them and we have a non smoking room. Def reminds me of a place people would go to for shady business. The breakfast is literally juice, coffee, granola bars, and packaged muffins. Not sure how you call that a breakfast. The staff were rude when we first walked in than realized we were with a big group and their attitudes changed.

The hotels.com rating said good, so I booked, but it was awful. The facility itself was in major disrepair. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Even though we had a non smoking room, the entire building smelled of smoke. The bathroom walls and ceiling were peeling. Not enough towels. The only plus is the staff was nice!

Sheets and shower were clean, which is the important thing, but overall was very dirty. Burn holes in every blanket, mirrors and TV were filthy. Nothing worked on one side of our room, including the TV and lights. FYI the “breakfast” was packaged muffins and granola bars and juice. I always pick a place with free breakfast but we went elsewhere for breakfast. Great price so just know what you’re getting.

This was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed at. The room reaked of smoke. There was busted up picture frame. Dirt on the walls. Holes in the sheets. The front desk clerk was too busy playing video games to check us in...then "Forgot" he checked us in. The breakfast was a complete joke. My kids wanted to leave and stay somewhere else that was cleaner and they refused to give me a refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Clean bed. Clean pillow case. Absolutely friendly staff. Every room has a walkout porch or patio and I could smoke all I wanted. That is all my good conscious will allow me to say on the positive side of this hotel. Toilets are like stadium toilets with a handle flush - no tank like in your home. The pipes come through the wall and nobody even cared to make it look nice. One sink in the bathroom and one outside in the entryway both with mirror. There was a cushioned chair that looked like it had been salvaged from a 1960's yard sale and been used and soiled 100 times a day since - absolutely filthy. A second chair was metal with a vinyl cushion seat that appeared to have been salvaged from a 1950's fast food restaurant and soiled 100 times a day since. The furniture with drawers was torn up. Kick plates missing, handles missing, even the fronts of the actual drawers were missing. The towels were so old you could see through some of them because there wasnt any cotton fiber left in them. I am absolutely not kidding you. I want you to imagine a place that appears the ownership has given up any hope of offering anything nice and judging by how far gone this place is, in my opinion, it would be more cost effective to bulldoze this joint and start over from scratch. I was just passing through and yes I was looking for a cheap 1 night stay. However, for the $70 I spent, I absolutely wish I would have spent another $10 for a stay at a better property.

Staff was amazing and accommodating, but the first room I had booked originally was horrendous. Thankfully they moved us rooms and it was better. Couldn't control the AC and heater and there was someone's sweats left behind in the bathroom, but again the staff was amazing!!!! Bring your own sheets or ask for clean ones.

Very outdated. Sheets were old and worn out with holes in them. Office chair in room was very worn, sitting chair was not worth trying to sit in. Patio door would not close properly. Rooms look NOTHING like the pictures! Would not recommend staying at this location.

Entrance to the lot was not marked. I understand about construction going on. Only one latch on the sliding door that enters into the lot. That could be a security issue. No bar to prevent sliding door from being opened from outside.

Construction blocks the main entrance. Poor signage to direct guests as to how to get to the lobby. Room was very dusty. Tub in poor repair and toilet leaked. No coffee pot in room.

Not bad for the price, but...
When I arrived, I was given a room with a full-size bed when I had asked for a queen size bed. The clerk on duty claimed that all of their beds were either queen or king, but the bed was definitely not a queen. I was barley big enough to fit me bu myself. The clerk was willing to give me a room with a king bed instead at no increase in price, and the room I received to replace it was equipped with a king-size bed. There were some signs that the room had been recently renovated, as there were still spots of exposed dry spackling. I thought it was strange that the lobby for the hotel office was not accessible without going outside. Also, the breakfast only had orange juice, coffee, and mufflins

I'm sceptical when I read bad reviews of hotels, and this hotel has quite a few - and they are accurate. The place is run down and dirty. It's safe and the staff is friendly, but its very dumpy - messed up walls, dirty carpet, furniture has holes, I was told I had a non-smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes. I wish I hadn't stayed there.

For the price, the Days Inn, Wash PA, is decent. No swimming pool was very disappointing and should be addressed. The staff seemed slow at times, confused with computers or info BUT overall was again decent. It was okay-ish. Maybe a 3 of 5 stars.

Place was disgusting. All appliances unplugged when I came in so no working fridge/microwave/alarm clock. Tried to replug it but couldn’t reach the outlet behind the heavy tv stand. Bug in the shower. Dirty/stained bed sheets. All drawers sticky and wet when opened. And a public toilet in a hotel room ive never seen before. I touched nothing with my bare hands or feet and slept completely covered because who knows when that place was last cleaned.

Over all the room was very dirty, with stains on carpet, walls, doors, and the bathroom was not cleaned. The outdoor area smelled of cat urine. The hotel is in need of an update, the hotel owner was rude and offered no remedy. The girl who worked at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
