I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Hannah and Nathan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their exceptional customer service truly made my stay stand out. I really appreciate all of their hard work and kindness. Because of Hannah and Nathan, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service.

We had some odd issues with our room. The outlets wouldn't hold any plugs and one of them that did, arched when we plugged in a charger. The whole room was oddly arranged. It is definitely not an ideal layout overall and I really hope all of the rooms arent like ours. The shelf for the TV was precarious and it took up most of the desk space. The bathroom floor was cracked down the middle. The tiles were raised to a peak so that you couldn't open and close the door properly. It seems the floor wasn't leveled and the tiles failed. So crazy that wouldn't be fixed before renting the room. Hot water took a very long time and if you angle the shower head just slightly, water sprays out onto the floor. The bistro serves air fryer/toaster oven food which is disappointing for $15.50 a serving. Not much selection. Lady working on Friday night was friendly and attentive. Overall good location to the outlets. I wouldn't stay again.

The staff were fantastic. Aaron, the manager made sure our stay was stress-free and comfortable. Melissa was a pure joy to be served by in the mornings and afternoon. Heather and Jordan took great care of our booking and anything we needed. Will start here exclusively, again.

It was a nice clean place, which is greatly appreciated. Would have been five star if they had complimentary coffee in the lobby. I get it though being more of a business stop for people.
