Loved how clean and relaxing the lobby is. Lots of space to meet with your group while watching the game on tv and having a drink. The staff was very friendly and helpful with local spots suggestions. The room was nice and updated. Would definitely recommend.

I had an unexpected one night stay due to a flight cancellation and this hotel was a perfect solution. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kelly our airport shuttle driver - she was exceptional! I loved the restaurant, they had really good food and the manager there was exceptional too. The complimentary airport shuttle was a huge highlight and made getting to and from the airport so easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean with almost new furniture. There was a nice desk area. However, not a single electrical outlet to plug the computer in or any other piece of equipment that required electricity. The whole room was almost devoid of outlets as I required one for my CPAP and really wanted to charge my phone, watch, and hearing aids. The bed was so soft that while I weight just over 200 pounds, I sank so much that by morning my back was a mess. Anybody that would like to do anywork in their hotel room should bring at least 2 extension cords. Plus a plywood board to place under the mattress. It was a very disappointing stay.

This hotel was recommended since it was close to the Pittsburgh Airport. We stayed overnight and parked our car for 4 days while we traveled to new York. Check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. The room was clean and very comfortable. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4AM. The shuttle was right on time and got us to the airport in about 10-15 min. Upon returning to Pittsburgh, I called the hotel to get the shuttle to pick us up. Approximately

The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars is because when we originally asked about the airport shuttle, we were told it leaves every 30 minutes, starting at 4:30 am. We got our entire family up and ready and to the lobby at 4:50 am, to find out the shuttle had just left, and wouldn’t be back until 5:30. We had to then spend money and get an Uber to ensure we were at the airport with enough time. The reason we chose this airport was the use of the shuttle to the airport. Other than this, the hotel was fantastic.
