About this property

Comfortable private unit with hot tub, swimming pool and free parking

  • Relax in the hot tub and swimming pool with your friends and family at this peaceful place. Green sharable fenced backyard swimming pool and hot tub. Free parking space for 1 car on the driveway and 5 on the free street parking spaces. Maximum 3 people allowed plus 1 child with additional bed by the request. Our guest unit is a part of the big house on the basement level, but with private entrance which included private bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and a kitchen with all appliances. In-unit heating and cooling system with remote control. Enjoy also outdoor fire pit, grill and amazing relaxing hot tube. New comfortable memory foam mattress, 52" TV with regular channels, Roku, Netflix, games, good signal of internet and computer table (perfect for remote working). Also we can provide additional bed, car seat, stroller, high chair for babies or toddler by the request.
