"Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was great. Nice grounds. Staff were lovely. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Not many negatives, but our room kept stopped working 3 times, in a 1 night stay. I had to nip out to the car, and ended up not being able to get back in to the building. Also, when others are entering the building (was a separate building with just bedrooms) the doors rattle really badly. My daughter kept thinking someone was trying to get in the room. "

"The room was dark. It was hot. The phone didn’t work. I was told I couldn’t have room service till 22.00. Only to discover at 21.40 that it is available from 21.00. The shower needs instructions to turn it on. When booking via expedia I understood parking was available as there was a blue dot indicating parking and I paid more for that room than another room exactly the same. When I arrived there is no parking available and I had to use and pay for public parking."

"Apartment was a good size for two adults sharing for a few nights. I don’t think it would suit for a longer stay, with more personal items clothing etc. air conditioning was ok, but it’s a shame the window only opens a small amount as even during chilly spring nights, the room became quite hot. Shower and bathroom were excellent. Major issue though was the bed and how hard the mattress was. Both of us left with sore necks and backs!"

"I honestly wasn't expecting such a lovely hotel. Our Air BnB fell through (no heat nor hot water), and I was able to snag a solo room last-minute. Room, staff, dinner, and breakfast were all lovely. Even though a wedding was going on in one of the function rooms, the staff kept churning out superior service. Such a gem. Highly recommend!"

"Simple check in. The room was a perfect space for a relaxed night away. A mini kitchen with everything you need and a table to eat at. The seating area with tv to chill and then a comfy bed and bathroom. Good choice at breakfast. Check out easy. The hotel and room were clean and all staff friendly. Perfect location for the train station. About a 10/15 minute walk. I will stay here again"
