Parking on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Pisa" 4 km, sandy beach 20 km. Golf course (9 hole) 24 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. The swimming pool is occasionally used by the owner.
