Excellent hotel with excellent hosts who couldn't do enough for you. Room was cleaned daily with top ups of water, biscuits and toiletries. Breakfast was good with a great selection of pastries and eggs made to order. Ideally situated, 15 min walk from the train station and 7 min walk to the leaning tower. Excellent B & B

Literally this hotel is opposite the leaning tower of Pisa, it has a cafe next to it perfect for breakfast with a view as although currently Expedia states the hotel is bed and breakfast it is not. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would go back

Set in a beautiful courtyard, lovely lounge and breakfast area with drink and cake on offer during the day.
Great room and comfortable bed.
Able to walk to most touristy locations and a short ride from airport / station.
Would recommend and stay on another visit.

Lovely room in a great location. Close to the tower and lots of restaurants.
Breakfast is in a really nice coffee shop/restaurant nearby. It was so nice we went back later in the day for a coffee before returning to the airport to fly home.
One word of warning - we had trouble getting a cab to the airport and had to walk from the hotel to the train station to get a cab. It's an 11 minute walk, and it's something that you might want to bear in mind. Apparently there is only one cab company...

The room and bathroom were large and we'll furnished. The location was a short walk from the cathedral and leaning tower. Our room had s balcony from where you could glimpse the top of the tower.

Great location, very clean. Very easy arrival at B&B, excellent communication. Shower Very good, pillows lovely, croissants, pastries, yoghurt, fruit and water in room for breakfast.
Mini fridge in room.
Hot water available in communal area for the lots of tea we had (Had to take our favourite Waitrose Decaf teabags with us!) Also communal area has a microwave.

It’s in a perfect location for both airport and train station and a short walk into Pisa city centre. Michele was so helpful, answering any questions promptly. He also gave us a good recommendation for the best pizza in Pisa

Perfect location for the airport (5 minute walk) and 10 minute walk to the train station, so great for a stop over. The family were friendly and very helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed, even a great coffee machine! For a budget hotel it was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for looking after us so well.

The hotel is near to the train station for our arrival, and it was €10 for a taxi to the airport for our departure. We walked to the Leaning Tower, (about 25 mins) on our first day, the second day we took the train to Lucca which was lovely.
