Was very pleased with our stay. Breakfast was a good lot of choices. Bar area was very clean. Reception was excellent. Location was good with the train being very close. We got an upgrade to a suite which was very welcome and really nice as it was our anniversary. Very nice stay and would recommend. Thank you

We had a family room which was 2 adjoining rooms and perfect for our needs. All exactly as it should be. Good variety of breakfast items so something for everyone. Staff all very pleasant. About 15 mins walk from the main tourist area in Pisa. Would recommend.

Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre. Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great.

Hotel staff were super helpful in trying to help us track down a lost item. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Restaurant staff attentive. Room was just ok but the shower was amazing. Would stay again only because the staff was so amazing.

The hotel is centrally located with very easy access to the local railway station, and the tourist attractions with the Leaning Tower within an easy 10-15 min walk, even for me with some breathing issues.
