"This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "

"Very friendly staff which will help with everything. 10 minutes walk to the Gondola. Plenty of parking. The spa is nice with a few Saunas and a small swimming pool. Breakfast was good as well. we had a room with a living room and an additional sleeping room and a small kitchen for 4 people. מומלץ מאוד. צוות חביב שעוזר בכל מה שצריך."

"Outside pool water very cold and flies floating on surface.
Inside pool smells of people sweat, the bottom of thr pool has dirt/dust residue and no smell of chlorine to indicate if the pool is regularly disinfected or topped up.
Sauna is good when working.
Breakfast is good, pastries could be fresher rather then packets products.
The hotels was very noisy witg kids playing outside till very late in the evening (23:30) with out of control behaviour."
