"The house was just as advertised. Secluded, private and our own access to the sound. The water was amazing deepest point in the sound was just over 5 feet deep so we could touch pretty much anywhere we went. The water was crystal clear and warm. We use the kayaks to explore the other small islands in the area, we did not see much for wildlife that was OK. Judy was very responsive when we had issues with the air-conditioning. She got it taken care of as quickly as possible. The weather was amazing. It was 84 at 7 o’clock in the morning. Apparently the house is intend to be used with all the windows open for the ocean breeze. If you choose on the air conditioning, you have to pay based on the electric meter (I’m still waiting for that bill). Local groceries I recommend finding a Gateway grocery store. We were recommended to go to Sunny’s. It’s not a nice place, more of a wholesale store. It was off season when we visited so there wasn’t a lot going on. La Brisa’s and Little Havana were close restaurants we enjoyed. Also Turks Jead brewery had good food and good beer. The local residents of the island are not very friendly however. Anywhere we go my wife and I always greet people with a smile or a good morning. We never had a single person reciprocate or acknowledge us unless weWere at a restaurant where they had to. Also it very expensive everywhere. Maybe the most expensive country I’ve been to. Grocery prices as well as restaurant prices were very high."

"We absolutely loved our stay! Adèle was always quick to respond and made everything easy for us.The house is beautiful, and the pool is clean and well maintained. The property is private, peaceful, and secluded, which made it the perfect place to relax. You do need a car to get there, but once you arrive, it truly feels like a home away from home.The house has everything you need, including plenty of drinking water, ice, a barbecue, and lots of beach equipment. We appreciated all these thoughtful extras.We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this was by far one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. We had a wonderful week and would gladly stay here again!"

"The property was exactly as advertised and conveniently located just a short 5-7 min drive to Taylor Bay Beach and less than 10 minutes to Sapodilla Bay Beach. Perfect for multi-generational travel or for a large group of friends, home is large, with plenty of space to gather or for privacy, amazing views from the massive patio with outdoor dining, and a stocked kitchen and grill for when you're eating in. Plenty to do with entertainment provided by a separate game room with pool table, swimming pool, and private pier with 5 kayaks, No need to pack, home is equipped with cooler, beach chairs, snorkels, and even fishing rods. Home is located in a safe neighborhood, but we appreciated that the property was gated (access via keypad and remote), for additional security and a sense of safety,The host Vallie, was great to work with, provided detailed check-in/check-out instructions, and was very responsive to communication leading up to and during the trip. We experienced a random issue with the gate getting stuck (caught on overgrown tree), she responded within minutes and had a handyman onsite within an hour on a Sunday evening. Thanks again!Considering the location, size, amenities, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the host, very good value and a strong contender for your visit to Providenciales."

"Great value. Located on quiet side of island, so keep in mind all, except maybe 3, restaurants are a 20 min drive. Would be better if there were beach chairs available for use. The ones provided were tall camping style chairs, not the low beach chairs. We ended up renting beach chairs instead, so with the price of the rental it’s not a concern of cost but would be better to know in advance."
Tropical Villa Paradise: Pool, Beach & 360° Views

"The house is very nice and well maintained. It does have beautiful view to the water but no dock and it’s a steep walk down a cement/rock path to the water. It seemed to be about a 30 minute drive from anything we wanted to do. Las Brisas restaurant is about 5-10 minutes away and it’s a wonderful restaurant with great food and even better view. The only issue we ran into is we could not get the oven to work and reached out to the host with no response. Luckily there was a toaster oven we used for cooking food. The fire alarm battery went low, started beeping, so we reached out again and still no response from the host. We gave proof that we’d placed multiple calls, text and a VM, and gave our number for them to reach out to us, still never heard back. Only correspondence is from whoever ran the VRBO page and was instructed to unplug the fire alarm."

"Very clean, well kept. Great proximity to a few great beaches and restaurants. Only challenge was slightly challenging to initially find and host was unavailable via app or WhatsApp to help but found it using pictures from the post."
