"The views from my balcony were beautiful. The valet staff were awesome. Monique at the front desk was rude and stand offish while I was checking out this morning. No smile, no welcome, not great customer service. She acted like I was bothering her. The young lady who checked me in Tuesday was awesome. She was always smiling and very professional. Even when I walked pass the desk in the mornings to leave out she would smile and say good morning. My exit today on Friday, not great from the front desk but valet made me smile. The onsite restaurant my first day the bartender was horrible and dismissive as if I wasn’t there. I almost left. I came back on Weds to see if I would have a different experience and I did. Rick was absolutely awesome. He came to my table and greeted me. He checked on me to see if I needed anything else and provided awesome customer service. The food was delicious. To the check in staff on Tuesday, the valet workers and Rick in the restaurant THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"We had a room overlooking the harbor, the Sunsets were awesome. We had the free breakfast in the Galley most days and it was pretty good with a nice selection of items. One day we went deep sea fishing on a boat out of Channel Islands Sport Fishing, the next day we rented a Duffy electric boat from Hopper and cruised the harbor. The Maritime Museum was very interesting, Channel Islands has a great selection of shopping, eating and entertainment venues."
