"We had an amazing stay here. Every room was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to have meals, and the bedroom suites gave us the personal space each family member needed. The location is quiet yet steps to the beach. The game room was the highlight for our group. There were 8 of us celebrating 80th & 7th birthday something for everyone. The host checked on us to make sure we were happy. Five stars all around! Would definitely book again. Thank you for the beautiful family memories. "

"The perfect family beach getaway! The house is half a block from the ocean. There are boogie boards, soft top surfboards, chairs, umbrellas and wagons to cart it all out there. We loved biking around the neighborhood and playing ping pong in the garage. The beds were comfortable and the place was beautifully designed. Melissa was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had. I feel like this will need to be our new annual vacation spot!"

"Absolutely stunning property! From the moment we walked in you felt at home. The views especially the sunsets you can't beat. Property was extremely clean and well stocked. Plenty of beach amenities for the kids to play with. Firepit right on the beach, All the rooms were perfectly separated so nobody felt like there where on top of each other. The owner Glenn was absolutely incredible. Anything we needed he was just a phone call or text message away. There was also the cutest Tavern right across the street which we enjoyed. Can't wait to be back and create more unforgettable memories. Thank you!"

"Stayed in this adorable place for 10 days with our family of 4. It was super clean upon arrival, just like the pictures. Check in was a breeze. We were surprised that there is no way to the backyard from the house- you have to go out front and through a gate to go back, which wasn’t great for us as we were traveling with an older dog who needs to get out quite often. The location of the house is amazing- under a block to the wide sandy beach. The kitchen is adequately appointed and we made some good meals there. There is a need for more coffee cups- there is only one that is bigger than 6 oz. We appreciated a good collection of beach towels, toys and chairs. The owner was responsive to questions. The house is in mild disrepair- a broken closet door, wobbly bed frame, wobbly dining chair, and detached toilet seat. It would be great to offer a vacuum- the hand vac doesn’t cover a dog-friendly carpeted beach home very well over 10 days."
