"Our party of 4 adults and a toddler had a delightful stay at Nooga Blue house. The house was immaculate, comfortable, well stocked, and roomier than expected. The play area with all of its toys and books kept our toddler well entertained. The house is located within 15 mins of both downtown and Lookout Mountain. Although pets are allowed, there was no sign of previous pets at the property. Richard was very responsive and we appreciated his suggestions. We would definitely stay here again."

"I was amazed at the renovation of this older property. They did a great job of giving it a modern look and feel throughout. The kitchen was well furnished as was the rest of the home. I also liked the local area. The management did a great job of ensuring that we would have a pleasant stay."

"The house and property was charming and very inviting! The amenities in the house were plentiful and great to have for some cooking we did using the kitchen. There was a very comfortable bed and the shower was exceptional too! It’s always nice to have good water pressure when taking a shower. We enjoyed a local restaurant down the street and it was very close to the UTC campus where we visited our child who is a student. Very nice and we will be back when we visit again! I hope it’s available! "

"Shannon is a pleasure to deal with. She went over the top with the accommodations. Everything is top notch. So much so that I asked where she got the towels from and have already ordered me some.
