"Love the hot tub. Free breakfast is basic but free. Really like having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. And we had a room with a balcony and the view of the city is great. Will stay again when we are in town."

"I guess the walls are very thin and someone next to me kept their TV on all night and I was unable to sleep. the patio should be swept and cleaned before a guest. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Jennifer, the front desk lady was super nice and friendly and helpful. The pool and outside sitting area was nice, but why not keep up your grounds better? Keep all the plants up and create a sanctuary around the property. wouldn't take much! Just needs more attention and care to upgrade the experience of the guest to the next level."

"It was a lovely stay, and ideal for folks from two different households sharing a VRBO, since there are separate floors for the bedrooms. There were a lot of stairs, so not ideal for people with mobility issues. Also I set off the door alarm a couple of times by accident, which is a bit stressful. (Just re-enter the correct door code to get it to hush.) However, I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Chattanooga."

"The room was in bad disrepair and was not clean at all. Smoke alarm was missing from the ceiling there was dirt and mold behind the ac unit, mirror was dirty. Thankfully we were only there one night but would not stay again."

"It was a basic hotel, nothing special about it. Paid way too much for the value. We weren’t in the room much, but there was no central light. 6 light sources in the room, each with a separate switch. The outdoor pool looked dirty & grimy, albeit it was before Memorial Day."

"Covers had burn holes all over them, tv did not work stuff all over the floor still.. i stayed maybe 30 minutes and left. Will not be back there"
