"place okay. Bit early in season. Everything at the accommodation closed at 7pm. Didn’t open again until breakfast at 0730am. Nowhere else to hang as main reception area closed at 1930so confined to pokey room or outside in cold. We were offered a bigger better room at an extra 20e a night on check in which came over as ours was bit rubbish! -which it was ! It was a 15 min drive to Avola on a dodgy road. "Stayed for 3 nites Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Breakfast was great the first morning and went downhill from there- $8.00 per person. Probably not worth it but the coffee was good. No cafe near by. Shower great. Staff helpful. Old building in not a very pretty area but safe enough. Elevator helpful for luggage. Great restaurants on the beach. "

"Wonderful house in the perfect setting . House has been renovated to a high standard. The Manager was extremely helpful and changed bed pillows immediately on request. Well equipped house with everything you need for a beach stay. WiFi washing facilities all worked well. Make sure you rent a small car as the gates are very narrow. We have been here two years in a row and will definitely come back next year . "

"We are a family of my husband and me, 2 adult children and their partners plus a 2 year old grandchild. 2 of us travelled by train and bus and the others by plane and car hire. Both Andrea, the owner and Angela, the local manager, were excellent with communicating about the property and arranging for our arrival and departure. They are very welcoming, generous and jolly.The house itself is extremely spacious. We had sole use of the property with access to all the rooms downstairs plus one bedroom and one bathroom upstairs. The rooms and beds were large and comfortable and the showers good. The outside is equally spacious with a well tended garden and patio areas in the sun and the shade offering ample space for meals and relaxing. The shower in the garden was fabulous and allowed us to wash off sand before entering the house. A godsend. There is ample parking for 3, or even more, cars.What sets this property apart is the direct access to the beach. It made the holiday. If you're seeking a relaxing beach holiday with the easiest access to the beach that is possible, with space for everybody, this is the place for you. "

"This is a lovely property. The garden and pool is great and very secluded. The boys loved playing in the pool. The beach is a very close walk and there were umbrellas and buckets etc which helped. The property is small but modern and clean and we had everything we needed. There aren’t really any restaurants to walk to and the road is very narrow but we managed and had a lovely time. Perfect for a family with young children who want somewhere with a safe pool. The communication from the host was also very helpful. "
