"Place needs to be updated and definitely needs a super deep clean. Definitely wouldn't recommend because there's way cleaner hotels for the same price if not cheaper. "Checking in went smoothly and staff was helpful in directing us to area dining options. Even though the hotel was busy, our room was quiet and sleep was refreshing on comfortable beds. While enjoying a well stocked breakfast bar and fresh brewed coffee we were surprised that old time friends were also staying at this hotel so breakfast was a catchup time. The staff was very accommodating and expedited a delayed checkout . This Holiday Inn Express in Baytown was an excellent choice for us!"
