"Thr hotel was very nice entering. Guest Service was not as friendly they made me feel like I did not belong there. The food from the restaurants were very good. The hallways stepping off the elevator smelled like mildew/old water. The room was spacious and clean but the bathroom was very out dated. The shower walls had mold in certain crevices. I absolutely hated the cloth shower curtains and it's as if a pipe in the shower was leaking from the ceiling of the shower which had a leak stain on the wall in the shower. The pool was very big and beautiful."

"I am beyond disappointed with the management and customer service at this Best Western. On March 16, 2026, our flight from Denver to Houston was cancelled due to widespread TSA issues, a situation completely out of our control. As soon as we were notified of the cancellation, I contacted the hotel immediately to explain the situation and request a refund or credit for our stay, as we physically could not get to Houston. Instead of receiving professional service or any semblance of empathy, the staff was dismissive and entirely unsympathetic. They flat-out refused to offer a refund or any accommodation for a situation of force majeure. In an industry built on hospitality, this establishment fails miserably. They are clearly more interested in pocketing money for an empty room than in building guest loyalty or doing the right thing. If you are looking for a hotel that values its guests and understands the realities of modern travel, look elsewhere. This property has lost a customer for life."

"I would definitely stay here again and would suggest to anyone to stay here as well. "

"Booked a junior suite, turns out it was above the room a prom was being hosted in. I could feel the music coming through the room and couldn't sleep. Staff said it would be over soon, finally at 11pm it was over. I had to get up early and this was not what I would expect of a Hilton. Staff couldn't move me due to the hotel being full but offered ear plugs. Finally offered me one night for free. Hotel is okay but could stand an update. The view out the windows is great but don't stay here if you expect to be you know sleep or relax in your room on the lower floors."
