Cragun's Resort & Hotel

Cragun's Resort & Hotel

8/10 Good
"They are remodeling- the bar and dining area are awesome - the burger is VERY good. The rooms are meh. The front desk didn’t give great information - did not notify us when our room was ready (didn’t have/ask for our phone number). Didn’t inform us there was not daily cleaning. We loved the marina and was great for our boat."

"Everything was better than expected. The hotel was full for Labor Day weekend yet it never felt packed. There were plenty of spaces to sit for breakfast and in the water park. The rooms were very clean with plenty of space to spread out. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are several places to eat nearby and a lot of entertainment options."

"The room was clean, the staff was helpful. I didn't eat at the restaurant but my sons had breakfast and said it was better than most hotel complimentary breakfasts. We didn't use the waterpark but saw other people enjoying it. It looked like more for kids to me personally. We did use the arcade and played pool and had a good time doing that."

10/10 Excellent
"At first we were a little taken aback that there was no front desk clerk. But the owners texted us our individual door code which was also the same as our room code. They seemed to be very responsive as they replied to my “thank you”. That gave me some assurance that we could get a hold of someone, if needed. The room was updated and clean. Nice large screen tv, a good fridge, and comfy beds and pillows. Maybe I felt the carpet could’ve used replacing but everything was in overall excellent condition. We did not use the pool facilities or breakfast as we were visiting family in the area. It’s just a short drive to the grocery, walkable during the day. And another short drive to the downtown Nisswa area. Everything looked clean and bright! I’ll post some pics I took—forgot to take one of the room though! It was a pleasant stay & was within our budget. Would return again!"

"This condo in Pine River is amazing!! Very accurate in the description and so so clean!! The view is nothing short of spectacular!! We arrived much later than we intended, so it was dark. Our GPS told us we had arrived in the middle of the road. Boo!! It was 11:00 pm and I called Rich, he answered promptly and talked our way there. ( We just didn't go far enough). He was so kind and didn't act put out with us!! 5 stars for this stay and the communication. We would love to stay here again if we ever make it up!!"
