Some of the known risks, rules, and precautions are noted below, and I have read and understand these: • Must KEEP the hot tub CLEAN and CLEAR: (Any violations will result in the renter being charged a cleaning fee of $100.) o YOU MUST SHOWER BEFORE you get in to remove all particles, oils, cosmetics and hair and skin products. o No shoes, street clothes, pets or glass containers in or around the hot tub. o Do not eat, or drink, or use soap and shampoo while INSIDE the hot tub. NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub. o Do not urinate or spit into tub. o And absolutely no sexual activity while inside the hot tub. • Damage to any cover will result in a $400 charge. Open layout and outdoor amenities (tub, fire pit, tables) added to the experience. One of the bedrooms was advertised as having 2 twin beds, though they ended up being roller beds that were stored away. It looked brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed. The main bedroom and bath are very large. The other bedrooms and baths are a good size. The outdoor patio is large and we ate many meals out there. I believe the table could hold 8\. Note to people who want to grill. Its a charcoal grill, so bring your charcoal and lighter fluid. The fire pit area is lovely and had maybe 10 chairs. The steps are very nice and secure down to the dock. It is 80 steps to get back up! The dock is nice and has a built in bench. 2 kayaks are included and we took them out several times.The location is a little bit outside of Crosslake. Close enough to be convenient but tucked away so its nice and quiet. Jennifer was great to deal with and answered my few questions quickly. I would highly reccomend this property. ##### Amy S.
