"Everything about Manhattan Point was perfect! The host, Denise, was incredibly response with the pre-planning of our trip. She ensured we had everything we needed and answered any questions I had. The property was even more beautiful then the Vrbo pictures! We had a wonderful time and I would absolutely stay again with how clean, beautiful and centrally located this house was! "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house worked very well for our family group of 15 & the location was very convenient to Crosslake. However we arrived after the first snowfall & the driveway & steps were not cleared. You have to climb the steps to access the house & they were slippery. We could not find a shovel & the access to the room above the garage was not obvious when nothing was cleared. Also, the garbage service had not picked up the garbage from the previous week. These issues were resolved fairly quickly except for the garbage pickup. We suggest moving the house access to the door at the same level of the driveway (to avoid the outside stairway) & adding instructions for access to the garage & how to use the fireplace. "

"Great Location on that lake and set up was fine for our family reunion. Only real issue is the pictures DO NOT represent the rental appropriately. You see the owners house and views of the waterfront amenities. The rental is a separate building back by the street with no view of the water. "

"Really enjoyed the location with restaurants, stores, and mini golf nearby. Wish there was swimming from dock, but knew this could be issue. Hot tub was great!"

"The property is very nice. It can accommodate a very large family and or group. The kids had a blast in the game room and it came in very handy on our only rainy day. The beach is large however the 20,000 square feet of beach description is a stretch as it was sandy in the "Volley Ball" court only. The rest was tall grass and weeds. The cabin was not clean to what I would consider normal resort cleanliness. When making dinner on day one and looking for a particular pan and you find a rotting bag of potatoes in hall closet, I'm here to tell you its a long road back to giving this property a five star rating. The walk to the beach is not easy and was described correctly by the owner. BE PREPARED! Overall it's a great location on the White Fish Chain of lakes. Very easy to navigate to any lake and or eating establishment on the lake. We brought our own boat and water toys. It was a great location for all events and easy access to the smaller Island Lake on the windy days. Of all my reviews on VRBO, this is the only time I felt the need to demonstrate the owners description of property was over delivered and under performed. "

"We had a great stay! Perfect location, well appointed cabin, beautiful waterfront with clear water and a swim platform. The cabin setup was ideal for two families to share the space. We look forward to another visit."
