Cozy Cabin on Dewdrop Lake

"The perfect getaway with 12 year olds that LOVE to fish! They were on the lake sun up to sunset catching fish all day long. We had the lake to ourselves- loved the row boat & paddle boat. The cabin/ house was charming- fully stocked- a great family vacation. Hope to come back next summer!!!"

"The room was clean.. but the mattress needed to be flipped/changed. It was quite at night - which was very nice. There was some confusion at Check out over a credit card, but with help from a second staff member, everything got taken care of."

"We did our annual family vacation week here this year. It is really hard to find a place that excepts 8 people & dogs at this price. The communication & check in process went seamlessly. The only note I have is that for a hot July, be mindful that there is only a wall AC. Each room does have a ceiling & floor fans. But they request that you keep it at 72 degrees & the rooms can get toasty fast. As long as you are prepared for that, this is a perfect location. Very quiet, you have everything that you need in the kitchen, bathroom & even a very nice washer & dryer. You are in a bay, so you can’t really swim off the dock, as there are quite a bit of Lilly pads (to be expected). However, being on rush lake - you can easily jump into the boat & go over to the island for a day of swimming! All in all it worked out great for what we needed."

"A wonderful & beautiful 3 days. Beautifully appointed & well maintained with first class furnishings, linens, bedding, decor & accessories. I couldn't have asked for anything more. If I didn't have over 500 in key points I would never have been able to afford my stay. In my estimation as a business owner, there’s nothing wrong in asking for a price if you can get it. As a property without laundry facilities I think it too high… but really nevertheless loved it!"
Charming Log Cabin on beautiful environmental lake

"I don't think it can get any better than this property. The log cabin feel with the backdrop of the lake is amazing. Views of Cross lake across the front yard gives you a panoramic experience appropriate for the whitefish chain. Relax at your own dock with an almost private lake to yourself and a few friendly neighbors. The lake is stocked with trout so be sure to get your trout stamp. Venture minutes down the street to great food and boat access to Cross lake. What else could you ask for? Thanks again for such a great stay. This is the perfect cabin for a small family. The cabin next door is also available to rent if have you have two families that want to stay right next to each other."

"This cabin is roomy and so comfortable. Kitchen was very well appointed. Had everything we needed and more. The location, in a shielded bay of the lake, made for perfect paddle boarding and kayaking conditions. There was an amazing amount of lake toys to choose from in the garage. Through the channel was wide open space for tubing. We rented a pontoon boat from Lakeside Water Craft and had an easy pickup and drop off. Dan was a good communicator and wanted to assure us a quality stay. Would rent here again."

"great property--very beautiful. on the small peaceful pleasant lake, not crosslake as we had initially thought, but still nice. had a hard time getting responses from the 'host' about specific questions, but check in information was easy to get and understand. when we arrived the gas tank for the grill was empty, but the number they gave me to call for maintenance answered right away and was super nice and came and replaced the tank right away! hot tub was excellent and property was clean and very taken care of. really great for a family retreat!"
A Family Friendly Fishing Get Away, On The White Fish Chain Of Lakes!

"Honestly, this has been the best place that we have stayed. It was just like it said in the listing. Tom and Karen were quick to respond with sneers to my questions. House is well stocked, plenty of games and puzzles to do. Our family used the paddle board and one of the canoes most days. All in top notch shape. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 young kids. While the beach wasn’t big, it provided all we needed to play in the water. Our young grandsons loved it. Fishing right off the dock and caught 2 nice bass. Caught some keeper sunfish off the dock as well. Loved the bay and cove this house is on. This is a place that we will be coming back to. Thank you for sharing your home with our family and we hope to see you next year."
