Timber Lodge was a fantastic choice for my family’s stay while we explored Dollywood and the tourist delights of Pigeon Forge.
Great price and ideal central location. Recommend it very highly.
The outside of the hotel was adorable, the rooms definitely need an upgrade. The decor and condition of the bathroom, beds, etc could use an upgrade. The beds were not comfortable and very loud, you couldn’t roll over without waking the entire room up. The room was clean, which is a plus. For the price of the room nightly, I would definitely recommend expect there to be some amenities, like a pool, game room, better breakfast offerings. We stayed here because our first lodging ended up in disaster, so this stay was something that we had to settle for as we were in a pinch. I would not stay here again.

Location was the best, our room was big and comfortable. We would see the Island from the balcony. Needed some updates, but would definitely stay here again.
Room was clean for most part. Was some old dog treats left from previous person. Upon arrival, our room was freezing due to air being left on 60 degrees. Tv was left on, we had no remote, not enough towels and washcloths for 2 people especially if you need to wash hair. Went to office and they did give us a remote which did not go to tv, as this was a smart tv. But I still figured out how to get it to work. After 1st day housekeeper did leave us extra towels and washcloths. The bed was hard as a rock, could definitely use a good thick pillow top cover or new matresses. Person dog next door woke us up early due to barking for 15min. But overall hotel was ok.

Good location, right off the main drag. Could use some cleaning and updating but all in all , not bad
Close to the island. My family slept comfortable with the loft. Clean bathrooms and rooms. The maids did a good job. Nancy did really well at the desk!
Very good deal for the price, the loft room is perfect for families. Place could use a little updating but that is part of it’s charm, I would stay here again in the future.
