The room and property were clean and beds were comfortable. The mini fridge in our room never got cold. It would be helpful to put numbers outside the stairways to identify levels. But overall, good place to stay.

Rooms are aged but clean Staff was curteous and helpfull Continental breakfast was efficient if you were in a hurry. Parking lot was small and somewhat difficult to find during your first arrival the hotel is back off main road not an easy access off main street and trees needs trimmed to see from main road. Entry through baskin robbins unattended parking lot is akward.

Great price for 2 nights. Excellant location: close to Dollywood. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold food items. Parking was no problem; however getting to the hotel was a little awkward as you had to drive thru another hotels parking area to get there. Room was neat and clean. It had everything one needs i.e. refrig, coffee maker, microwave, AC, and working TV. Staff conducted themselves well. All were polite, kind and helpful.

This was our first time staying at a Super 8 so I was a little hesitant to book. But the price was hard to ignore. The room was clean and came refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. One thing we really liked was that in addition to the desk chair, there were 2 other comfortable chairs in the room, so you had somewhere besides the bed. They offered a hot breakfast which included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Also included was a waffle machine and different breads, bagels and muffins. 2 types of cold cereal, coffee and juice. Staff was very friendly and helpful and property was clean. The hotel is an older exterior entrance style. But to be honest the rooms were just as nice and clean as a newer hotel. We would definitely consider staying again. The rate was at least 40 dollars less per night than most of the more upscale brands.
