"Beautiful elegant buildings just outside Florence in Bagno a Ripoli. Lovely grounds and swimming pool. The shuttle bus takes you towards the city and then you have a 20 min walk into Florence itself. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean room. Hopefully clean but stained shower grout. Breakfast was great! Parking was fine and relatively cheap for the night. We lucked out and got parking just in front of hotel for free. WiFi was non existent or very, very slow however."

"Just happened upon this resort last minute. Such a lucky break! Loved the views. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Ate breakfast and dinner at the Pruno restaurant everyday of our 5 day stay. Rooms average size, bathrooms were big. Great water pressure in the shower. Good location, close to Florence, Chianti, Sienna. Free parking a plus. Would absolutely stay here again."

"I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. "Our family of five enjoyed our time at the property very much. The rooms were comfortable and the surrounding area is beautiful. The pool is a huge plus to cool down and have a relaxing time. The Rignano train station nearby makes it easy to get around Italy, by connecting to Florence’s main station. Truly an asset. The A1 highway is also nearby connecting you within easy access to beautiful Tuscany. Restaurants in the area were very good also. I would definitely stay again at Vila Il...
