Magnetic Daze, Picnic Bay

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (10)
"Great holiday home for gathering of four families. Loved it was right across from the
beach
and no road to cross. Kitchen very well set up, except frying pans were very worn out. Pool area very good except glass fence was very grubby which was a shame as it detracted from the beautiful view. Had a great time and very comfortable home. Loved the two ensuite bedrooms and extra bathrooms and toilets. So good for a large group. Loved the large dining tables and benches also great for a large group....

Picnic Bay Chalet Unit 2 - Charming island escape just 150m from Picnic Bay beachfront

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (7)
"The place was small but reasonably comfortable. I wouldn't care to stay more than a week though. Felt the place needed a thorough cleaning. The basket drawers, louvred sliding doors, glass louvres and open rafters all covered in dust. Little piles of wetted dirt in corners of the floor. I shifted the bed slightly to sweep and there was a lot of fluff and dust.. we were annoyed at interrupted tv reception. Enjoyed the visiting kookaburras and magpies who landed on the balcony for a feed. Close...

Rock Salt Villa 2 Situated on the foreshore at Picnic Bay

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (4)
"Modern, well equipped villa with heaps of space. Unfortunately we chose the coldest week on the island in most people's memory, so we didn't use the pool and could have done with a heater at night. But normally this would not be a problem. The outlook is beautiful and we enjoyed the park and
beach
outside the back door. While Picnic Bay is the quietest part of the island it has a pub, wine bar, cafe and two excellent restaurants."
