"Staff were lovely, room very clean, we had a great breakfast"

"Great location but this hotel feels quite dated and needs some maintenance. There is a mouldy smell in the always and the bathroom ceiling looks like it has mould. The room we stayed in needs a new fridge, there were no door racks so we couldn't use it. The apartment next to ours was having work done and it was super noisy, not the relaxing stay we were looking for. There are not enough car parks for the hotel and we had to park on the street."

"This property is quite old and badly in need of refurbishment. The breakfast was excellent but the rooms and building itself are very dated. We stayed in Ryges at Gold Coat Airport last year which was excellent."

Proximity to staff entry for restaurant made our room quite noisy late at night. Location was great. Right across from lagoon and beach & The Strand restaurants within an easy walk. Staff were super friendly and helpful."
