"This was my second visit to the Royal Hotel which I was looking forward to! On arrival no recognition for it being my second visit- no welcome message or fruit etc in the room! Staff are great especially the pool team and the breakfast team! The room i had was the same as last time- I asked if I could have a late chexk out at 2pm and told no!! I still love the hotel but it could do better to recognise returning guests!"

"Strong AC, big bed, well located and clean swimming pool, but you have to pay per person and per day if you want to use it. The men at reception were kind, but one of the ladies (I guess Valentina) very rude, the housekeeping was good, but they didn't add any shampoo or change the bedding. At the restaurant they were lovely! But most of the time time staff seemed to neglect me. Maybe because I booked through the APP? I haven't paid cheap and it was one of the smallest rooms, had to pay the swimming pool and average breakfast. I appreciate I had good neighbors so I slept well, AC and location helped too! But I didn't feel welcome."
