A small retreat near the sea, where time seems to slow down.  
Ground-floor studio apartment of approx. 30 sqm, with equipped kitchenette, living area with double sofa bed + single armchair bed, bathroom with shower and private outdoor space for relaxing moments in the open air.  
Maximum capacity: 3 people.  
The spaces are comfortable and functional: induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, air conditioning, independent heating, Wi-Fi (extra charge), parking space in the garage and separate laundry room for longer stays.  
We are in Santo Stefano al Mare, about 400 metres from the beaches and 300 metres from the Ponente cycle path: a continuous line between sea, villages and nature. The town centre, small restaurants, services and shops can easily be reached on foot.  
Perfect for couples and small families looking for a quiet place close to the sea, practical for getting around and convenient for everyday needs.
