"The staff was phenomenal, service was Devine. Free shuttle service from D2 Hcmc provided if needed. Husband had food poisoning prior to arrival and staff sent get well fruit platter with a card was very sweet. Our room was on the highest level floor 17th with ocean view. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best Banh Xeo/Banh Khot! Thank you for the experience, we will come back with our children. "

"Very enjoyable stay. Staff were excellent, remembering previous dietary requirement requests and being friendly and approachable. 2 suggestions: provide drinking water in a more eco friendly way, rather than small plastic bottles of water. We must have got thru about 30 bottles :(. Many comparable resorts now provide water in refillable glass bottles or large refillable containers (5l). Secondly, make it a rule that guests should not fly drones in the resort. There was an annoying drone flying directly above our private pool/garden which is an unacceptable invasion of privacy, as well as an annoying sound. "

"My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. The trip back to my hometown with my best friend was terrible because I chose the wrong motel."

"Resort has that beachy vibe of a Club Med from back in the 80's, but without the excessive partying. A very relaxed, shorts-and-barefeet feeling where you can go from pool to beach to bar, and charge anything (very reasonably priced) to your room. Room itself is fairly spartan, but the bed is very comfortable, and the cleaning staff is outstanding. Not at all busy when we were there, so it was easy to schedule a masage, as well as cab rides to wherever we needed to go. A well-needed respite during a month-long holiday through six countries!"
