The hotel is old but very well kept. The room was large and comfortable. It had a tub and in room safe and fridge. The pool is big and quiet. There is not much to do near the hotel. There are a couple of museums close by and dining places and a few massage places. The breakfast was great and dinner was good. As in most restaurants in Thailand, don't expect your meals to come to the table at the same time. I when there to arrange tours and other stuff. Ken ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller 16 Mar 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### 仕事で宿泊はOK 2016年3月にボランティアの拠点としてテロを避けるために中心から外れたホテルに宿泊しました。中心部から徒歩で20ー30分程度かかると思います。どうしてここにしたかは、中心部にあるメトロポールは浴槽が汚かったり、お湯が濁っている。その近くにある、パールホテルは改装したとの事ですがバスタブが無い部屋が多く選択肢から外しましが次回宿泊して見たいと思って居ます。ローヤルプーケットシティーホテルはタウンでは最も良いのですが料金が高かく残念です宿泊できませんでした。以前何回の宿泊した、メルリンにしました。2016年からwifiを導入したということも良かったです。wifiはアンテナの近くの部屋はいいのですが、エレべーターから離れるに従い電波が弱くなり、使い物にならない部屋もあるのでエレベーターの近くの部屋が良いと思います。部屋については、ベットは日本のシングルベットが2台かシングルベットを付けてキングサイズにした部屋の2種類でした。トランク2個を広げても十分な広さがあります。冷蔵庫、ポット、インスタントコーヒー、バスタブ、シャワー、タオルは3種類、アメニティーは、石けん、バスホーム、シャンプー、クリームがありました。ベランダはなく、窓が15cmほど開きます。床、壁はリニューアルしてありますが調度品は昔のままでした。仕事で来ているものにとっては、問題無い部屋ですが、リゾートではないので選択はTPOによると思います。ホテルからはパトンのメルリンにシャトルが出ているようです。朝食は毎日ほぼ同じで、お粥、焼きそば、チャーハン、パン、ジュース、コーヒーなどで最小限と言ったところです。ホテルスタッフは、親切に受け答えしてくれて、教育も行き届いているようです。checkinn時に例の赤旗の国の方でグループで来ている場合は、その階に止まらないようにしないと、夜中の4時に間違ってドアを強烈にノックされたり、大声で話したりするのでリクエストした方がよいと思います。 ##### Verified traveller ### 4/10 Poor #### Alasdair 24 Oct 2015 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Staff & service #### No kettles in the rooms!!!
