Грязь!!! Отвратительно! Приехав в хостел я подошла к персоналу зачекиниться, с меня взяли залог 100 бат, выдали ключ и отправили на 2 этаж. Спальное помещение я нашла спустя 5 минут, потому как вообще никаких указателей, вывесок и тд, просто белая дверь. Решила принять душ, оказалось что полотенец нет, и камер хранения для рюкзака тоже. То есть рюкзак с ценными вещами пришлось брать с собой, ладно хоть полотенце у меня было свое. Приняв душ я пошла спать, но во-первых был жуткий шум в комнате, тк внизу какой-то бар. Во-вторых я решила посветить фонариком на постель, тк было темно, и свет был выключен. И тут я увидела простынь в желтых разводах, грязи и волосах, с кровяными пятнами. Решила проверить матрас на наличие клопов, сняв простынь конечно же их обнаружила. Жить я не осталась, сразу сделала чекаут, сказав персоналу попивающему пиво о КЛОПАХ!!! Но они отреагировали так, будто это норма. Расскажите возможно ли вернуть денежные средства? Die Zimmer sind ziemlich vollgestellt mit Betten, wenn man aber nur dort schläft absolut in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und morgens gibt es gratis Kaffee, Toast und Bananen. The staffs speak/understand very little English. One incident Happened to me when I was there. I had gone to the market and picked up 1 mango and 1 dragon fruit. The day-time shift lady told me if I want I can put them in the fridge. I gave them to the night-shift girl to hold for me till the morning so I can have them for breakfast. In the morning I asked to have them Back and they don’t recalled I gave those fruits to them. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to eat them before leaving to Phi Phi. I also booked the van+ferry to Phi Phi through them. The driver arrived to pick me up late and end up took me to different pier where the ferry departs later than normally. We booked a double room on the top floor and it was super cosy. It was a little bit small, but big enough for two huge backpacks :) The room was really airy and bright which is always a big plus. Bed was huge and comfy. The girls at the reception are all super nice and helpful. You even get a simple brekkie of two bananas, coffee or fresh brewed tea and toast with jam. The only downside was the shower. It was more of a trickle of water so if you want to wash your hair it might take you about 45 mins. Spent two nights here. Staff extremely friendly. Rooms are clean BUT never locked and anybody can walk in. Especially since the staff unfortunately are too friendly and there's a dude from next door who comes and harassed the staff but they weren't able to put him straight. He was just wandering around the building although he wasn't a guest.. Also air-condition gets turned off at 10am and only turned back on at 6pm. Air-condition not strong enough to cool down room then for the night... First the positives. This hostel is incredible value for its location (right in the heart of Phuket Old Town), and has the friendliest staff. They provide a basic breakfast free of charge, but also sell cheap (for Phuket) drinks and good food. The atmosphere is laid back, and it’s pretty quiet at night. Just a few things to mention that could be improved. The plumbing needs some attention, as when I was there water was backing up in the shower and toilets (presume a blockage somewhere), and the water pressure in the showers is very weak. There is nowhere to hang out in the evenings; after about 8pm the main reception/cafe is closed, the backdoor is locked, and the common area appears to be used for sleeping. The staff is nice and tell me about how to get the bus terminal so i can easily book the bus to Hat yai. However, the shower is not good no hot water here. The bunk bed is clean. Pretty impressed with this place, we’re classed I guess as higher end backpackers travelling as a couple. So budget in mind without slumming it! It’s clean, staff were friendly, offered us a free drink when we arrived. Made us some breakfast in the morning which we weren’t expecting as we were leaving early before breakfast was supposed to start. Really can’t grumble for the price we paid.
