"This hotel is incredible. From the delicious food, to the beautiful lush greenery that surrounds the grounds. Our room was always clean each day, mini bar stocked. BUT I feel what makes Noku Phuket so special is the staff they have employed there. Everyone is so kind and willing to help you. And the pleasantness they exude is genuine. They truly will go out of their way to make your time there enjoyable. My checkout was noon but my flight didn't leave till almost midnight. The resort allowed me to store my bags at the desk. I was able to still enjoy all the hotel amenities the rest of the day leading up to my flight. As well as shower before I left. If you are looking for a one of a kind place look no further. If you want relaxation, quiet and privacy this is your place. My husband and I received massages and they were so incredible that we went back a few days later and got another one! By far a top 10 experience for me. "

They had exceptional service and hospitality and the location is perfect for those looking to vacation away from super busy cities like Patong. I decided to upgrade rooms for a great price and it was totally worth it if you're looking for a comfier stay. They offer taxi services and multiple excursion brochures upfront so you don't have to go out of your way looking for reliable ones. I will be back next time "
