Mr. Sang, owner was very friendly and assist all my needs like transportation, room service and upgrade my room to a bigger room as needed. Will come back here next time.

I paid a little more to get a bigger room & it was spacious. Decor was ok, but it feels like it needs a light refurb really. Every time we used the lift there was laundry in there. And the lift was under repair.on 1 occasion. Only stayed 1 night as I could smell something from the aircon unit, couldn't be sure wether it was fumes from road or not, but didn't seem healthy to me

Rough

The first room we were given was dirty and had a big pool of water next to the bed that had accumulated from the dripping air conditioning. We requested and received a different room, which was larger but still in poor repair. Some places were missing plaster and appeared to be molding. We left for the evening and when we returned to sleep we noticed the bedding was dirty and stained. We asked for new bedding from the desk attendant and were told that all the employees had left for the day. The attendant finally agreeed to change the bedding himself. He pullled off all the covers to reveal food debris and ants. Finally, the drains didn't work properly so I was standing in water when trying to shower. Only upside is that the hotel is near the night market.

就在夜市旁邊，極佳的位置，推薦晚機來到富國島的旅客，checkin後可立刻下樓吃喝按摩 ，推薦附近的按摩店：NgoeAnh Spa。房間很新很乾淨，就算在大街旁也隔音超好完全聽不到外面的聲音

Nice,clean and affordable hotel

It was an enjoyable & affordable stay for its convenient location.(super near to night market and eating places) Staff were great with good attitude to provide helpful information. Clean room. The young owner was very kind and fluent in English which made our trip easier.

The hotel is located right next to Phu Quoc Night Market. There are a restaurants and street food around the corner. The staffs, front desk receptionist, was super super nice and friendly. He will call taxi for you if you are struggling with transportation. He also gives many great suggestions about places to eat.

Great location, poor service

I asked for airport pickup and got reply from hotel saying ok. When I arrived at the aiport they did not come, so I toke a taxi myself. Arrived at hotel, I told them there was no pickup as promised, the only reply I got was a smile from the staff, turns out they dont speak really little English. They were also not able to check us in until another staff came. Room is small but new, great location right next to night market.

The location is very very strategic, right next to the night market. Very new hotel, even tho the room was small and cute, but it has all the facilities we need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Motorbike rental and airport was also available at a very good price. Triple thumbs up and highly recommended.
