Room security lookers wasn’t working.

The hotel’s spa was excellent, with a relaxing atmosphere and great treatments. Its convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfort, and I would gladly return.

We had a 3 night stay. Room and amenities were very good we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast has both western and local options, they have a rooftop bar and restaurant where you can sit in the background of Saigon river view. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only one suggestion to property owners is that please inform guest about how to operate lightings in the room. We couldn’t find the switch to turn off light above the bed and finally we figured out it was in the remote control. Otherwise we had an excellent stay at Grand Saigon. Wifi also very good and fast.

Great value for money. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
